The holiday begins in the UAE with the group assembling at Sharjah International Airport between 17:30 and 18:00 for document check, baggage coordination and headcount. Proceed with Air Arabia check-in and baggage drop from 18:00 onward. Flight G9253 departs Sharjah (SHJ) at 20:35 for Almaty (ALA), a direct flight of approximately 4 hr 10 min. Arrival is after midnight on 02 December.
Arrive at Almaty International Airport at 01:45 and complete immigration and baggage collection, followed by a group meet-and-greet. Take a private group transfer to Milanium Hotel at 02:45-03:30, then enjoy early check-in, rest and breakfast until 09:30. At 10:30, depart by coach for Shymbulak and ride the cable car across 3 stations for snow views, photos and free time (optional paid activities are excluded). Have lunch at your own arrangement, then return toward central Almaty. From 16:15 to 18:30, visit Kok Tobe by cable car for panoramic city views and leisure time. Return to the hotel at 19:00 onward. Dinner at own arrangement unless separately added.
After breakfast at Milanium Hotel (07:30-08:30), depart at 09:00 by private coach with a guide. Visit Alma-Arasan Gorge from 10:00 to 12:00 for a guided scenic stop, a short winter walk and photography in the mountain valley. Lunch at 12:15-13:15, at own arrangement or as a pre-booked group meal. From 13:45 to 16:00, explore Ayusai Gorge with a nature walk, viewpoints and group photography (the route may be shortened if snow or ice affects access). Return to Almaty by coach at 16:00-17:30. The evening is free for shopping, cafés or rest.
The longest and most scenic road day of the trip, with an early start to protect daylight. Take an early breakfast buffet or packed breakfast at 05:30-06:00 and depart Almaty at 06:00 by coach toward the Charyn / Kolsai region. Visit Charyn Canyon from 09:30 to 11:15 for Valley of Castles viewpoints and a guided winter walk (pace depends on snow and ice conditions). Continue toward Kolsai with a comfort stop as required. Enjoy a pre-arranged local lunch at 13:00-14:00, then visit Lower Kolsai Lake from 14:00 to 16:00 for a scenic lake visit, easy walking and photography. Drive back to Almaty from 16:00 to 20:30 with a comfort stop en route. Late return to the hotel, with no extra evening program planned.
